We keep tuition low by design and include the things that usually cost extra. And because cost should never be the deciding factor, generous financial aid is available.

Discounts
Beyond the multi-week savings already built into the prices above, we offer three discounts.
Early-Bird discount
10% off any registration completed by April 1, 2027 — applied automatically in the portal.
Sibling discount
10% off each additional child from the same family enrolled the same summer — applied automatically.
Referral credit
$50 off for every new family you refer who enrolls — they just name you when they sign up.
Discounts apply to tuition only, not add-ons; the Early-Bird and Sibling discounts may be combined; and financial-aid awards are calculated on the post-discount price so families always get the better deal.
Deposit & payment
A $100/week deposit reserves your child's seat and is applied to your total tuition — it's not an extra charge. The remaining balance is due before the program begins. Payment plans are available on request — just ask.
Refund & withdrawal
- 30+ days before: full refund of tuition paid, minus the non-refundable deposit (transferable to another week or sibling).
- 15–29 days before: 50% refund of tuition paid, minus the deposit.
- Within 14 days / after we begin: handled case by case for documented medical or family emergencies.
- Financial-aid families: the deposit is reduced or waived so cost is never a barrier to holding a seat.
Cost should never decide whether your child can be here.
Need-based aid is generous, the application is short and confidential, and no student is ever turned away because of cost.
